At Bubs & Mums, we’ve selected these solid wood blocks as part of our curated range of open-ended wooden toys for Australian children aged 3+. Building blocks are one of the most researched and recommended toys in early childhood development — and this set is chosen specifically for its quality construction, safe finishes and versatility for creative, unstructured play at home and in childcare settings. Ships from our Melbourne warehouse in Victoria.

The Rainbow Arch Set truly sparks endless possibilities for imaginative play and learning! With its vibrant colors and versatile components, it not only captivates children’s attention but also provides a wealth of developmental benefits.

Beyond simply recognizing colors, children engage in sorting activities, honing their cognitive skills as they match the figures to their corresponding arches. The open-ended nature of the toy encourages exploration and experimentation, allowing children to devise their own play scenarios and exercise their creativity. As they stack and arrange the arches and figures in various combinations, they develop spatial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Moreover, the Set serves as a catalyst for social interaction and emotional development. Through collaborative play, children learn to communicate, negotiate, and cooperate with others, fostering important social skills. Additionally, imaginative play with the figures encourages empathy and emotional expression as children explore different roles and scenarios.

Overall, the Rainbow Arch Set is not just a toy; it’s a gateway to a world of learning and discovery. By blending fun with educational value, it empowers children to explore, create, and learn through play, laying the groundwork for lifelong skills and a love for learning.
